Organic, non-irradiated, loose herbs of turmeric, ginger, rosemary, cinnamon, nettle leaf, oolong & black tea.

• rosemary - wards off hunger

• nettle leaf - purifies the blood, supports liver and kidney function

• black tea - rich in flavonoids which help cells eliminate free radicals, contains caffeine

Place 1 pre-made unbleached teabag into 8oz boiling water. If desired, sweeten with raw honey. Steep for 10 minutes then sip. Drink up to 3x's a day, if needed.
