Sinus Support Herbal Tea Blend - Organic loose herbs of rooibos (alleviates symptoms & contains quercetin which blocks histamines), ginger (reduces nasal inflammation, anti-histamine), peppermint (decongestant & anti-histamine), stinging nettle (supports rhinitis & eases itchy/watery eyes, runny nose & sneezing), lemon balm (relaxes & soothes headaches).
Sinus Solution Nasal Spray - Distilled water, baking soda, Himalayan sea salt, apple cider vinegar, grapefruit seed extract, essential oils of peppermint, rosemary & tea tree.
Sigh of Relief Aromatherapy Inhaler - Essential oils of basil, eucalyptus, peppermint, rosemary & tea tree oil.
USAGE
Sinus Support Herbal Tea Blend - Drop 1 pre-made teabag into 8oz boiling water. Steep for 10 minutes then sip. Drink 3x's a day.
Sinus Solution Nasal Spray - Shake well. Use as needed. 2-3 sprays in each nostril. Gently squeeze nose to massage solution inside nostrils. Gently blow your nose.
Sigh of Relief Aromatherapy Inhaler - Holding one nostril closed, place the inhaler under the open nostril, inhale deeply for about two seconds, and exhale. Repeat on the other side. Repeat as needed. Each inhaler lasts about 3 months, depending on usage.
